The house is equipped with all the amenities to rest and relax and also cook if you wish. It has a table where you can enjoy your meals with a magnificent view, if weather conditions permit. It is also located near the food court and bars. The villa has a large courtyard in a gated community with private parking and views of the estuary, where you can sunbathe and where children can play.

The house is located on Praia de Faro, within the Ria Formosa natural reserve, surrounded by the ocean, where you can enjoy a beach with white sand, and by the Ria Formosa, where you can enjoy a wide variety of nautical activities at the “Centro Náutico da Praia de Faro”, take surfing lessons at the “Clube Surf de Faro” and play volleyball on a nearby sand court. You can also take a walk along a wooden walkway to "Barrinha", which is a beautiful area of ​​Faro beach. The property is located 4 km from Gago Coutinho International Airport and the surrounding rent a car. And 6 km from the city center, where there are numerous shops, restaurants and night life. You have all this on Faro Beach too, less than 1km away. It is also 7 km from the Forum Algarve Shopping Center and 13 km from the MAR Shopping Center, the Designer Outlet Algarve and the IKEA.
