Casa do Barão is located in the sophisticated district of Chiado in the centre of Lisbon. This bed and breakfast is set on an 18th century building that was completely refurbished in 2014. Lift and free WiFi is available. Featuring a contemporary décor, each elegant room include a private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and a desk. Some rooms feature balconies with views for the garden and the street. A continental breakfast is served every morning and guests may enjoy it outdoors, in the lush private garden of the property. In addition guests can visit the variety of restaurants in the surrounding areas of Bairro Alto, Chiado and Liberdade Avenue, all within a 10-minute walk. Casa do Barão offers to its guests, elegant shared areas including a lounge and a library with comfortable sofas and armchairs. We love to travel and always found more interesting staying at small Hotels or Guest houses instead of huge massive places. Because of that we decided to make this small Hotel. Appart from the experiene of staying in a Hotel renovated and decorated with our family things, our aim is to give you the best recommendation in Lisbon. We take pride in our work and we are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we want to help you feel local too.

Property information

Ideally located to walk around Lisbon, the House is perfect for just hanging out in the living room and library or having drink and a sunbath in our private Garden, surrounded by nature. You are in the historical center but you can also be here relaxing feeling at home.

Casa do Barão, located in a peaceful street of Chiado, an elegant, sophisticated district of theaters, bookshops, old-style cafes, art galleries and shops. Walking distance to all the historical targets and all the main train, metro and 28 Tram (100m from us)
