The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Only the ground floor is rented to guests. Although the first floor is empty, guests do not have access to it.
