CASA LIMA, is part of a group of houses built in 1937, these houses were renovated taking advantage of the structural and original design of the stone facade and as a result of the aforementioned renovation resulted in three beautiful independent houses: "CASA GIL", "CASA LIMA" and CASA DO RIO", these houses are equipped with all amenities, in addition to the stone facade, they have carpentry with thermal break, heating with an aerothermal system, bathrooms with showers and fully equipped kitchens in each of the houses. Integrated into a shared-use plot of approximately 800m2, you will find a parking area, a 7.5x3.5m swimming pool, with retractable cover and shared use and exclusive for house guests, a double covered barbecue, garden space with natural grass and trees, all with beautiful views of the mountains. CASA LIMA is located in a very quiet area, in the parish of Taião de Cima, which belongs to the municipality of Valença, the land and the house are located in an elevated area, where in addition to being able to appreciate the splendor of the mountains, you can enjoy some good walks along the surrounding trails and roads. CASA LIMA, is just a few minutes from the city center, Valença approx., 12 minutes, 35 minutes from Vigo, 55 minutes from Porto and 45 minutes from Viana do Castelo.

The neighborhood where CASA DO RIO is located is very quiet, close to the house, a 3-minute walk away, there is the center of Taião de Cima, where you can see several typical houses, with Portuguese roads, you can also enjoy several paths and trails to enjoy some good walks, close to the house, a few km away, there is an area where you can enjoy and practice paragliding.
