The villa, of very modern design, is located in a housing area near the beach of Lourenço and others. It is very bright and spacious. It has sea view and a nice swimming pool in a large garden. It has a very nice terrace for al fresco dining overlooking the ocean. There is a gas grill. It has 5 very spacious rooms, 4 of them are located on the 1st floor and have a private bathroom. The house has a games room with ping-pong table and table football, overlooking the pool and bathroom with shower. Guests can use the garage to park two cars.
