Welcome! This fantastic 75m² space on the ground floor of a house, divided into two independent accommodations, is situated on a hillside, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with your group. The room is filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan space also includes a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the essential appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The home offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. Please note: the bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms. The property is professionally cleaned before each stay to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
