Between 14:00 and 19:00 guests are required to collect the keys from the Naturalist shop located in Horta marina, in front of “Hotel do Canal”, 5 minutes' walk from the property. Between 19:00 and 21:00, the owners will meet you at the property. Please advise them in advance of your arrival time.
