VIVA Ilda's Home is a spacious villa, ideal for large groups and large families in the city of Porto, close to Estádio do Dragão and within easy reach of the city centre. It is a very well equipped family home located on Rua da Escola Artística Soares dos Reis, with plenty of space to park your car at no cost. Important informations: - Check in from 16h00. We inform that we charge an extra fee of 15 euros for late check-ins from 21h00. The amount should be paid to the check-in agent. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation.

Bonfim is a central area of the city of Porto, being halfway between the historic center and the Antas area, where the Estádio do Dragão is located, home of the football club F.C.Porto is located. Despite having varied commerce and restaurants, it is characterized as a strongly residential area at more affordable prices than the tourist center. Here you can enjoy a beautiful stay, with greater flexibility, either by quick access to other areas of the city by public transport or on foot, or by the possibility of parking on the street without parking meters near the Soares dos Reis School.
