Residence Dutzu ApartHotel Leiria wants a continuation of the same concept started in Braila, Romania 11 years ago. In 2019 we, the Dutu family - Cecilia, Mugurel and the children Matei and Antonia - moved to Portugal in the city of Leiria for Antonia to continue her ballet study at the Conservatorio Internacional de Ballet and Danca Annarella Sanchez. Those who have been our guests during the 11 years know that we pay attention to the smallest details and as time and possibilities try to ensure perfect stays for our guests.

Property information

Residenza Dutzu ApartHotel Leiria is designed to attract business people who stay longer because they have the necessary comfort and utilities. For tourists we are always ready to propose tourist routes in the immediate vicinity, such as 1-day trips to NAZARE - the beach with the largest waves in the world (30 min), 1 day at FATIMA, the holy place where the Virgin Mary appeared to some children and which now attracts millions of tourists per year (20 min), 1 day in Obidos with the medieval fortress (40 min). You can complete hiking trips to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean 20-30 minutes from us, each one being more beautiful than the other. Residenza Dutzu works without RECEPTION. The client receives on the day of the check-in 2 access codes, one for entering the building and one for entering the apartment. Please follow the instructions you will receive with the access codes. In case you have problems you can call the help of the person from the KINGS SHOP located on the ground floor of the building (program 10.00-19.00). For stays less than 3 days we do not provide cleaning services. If you come by car, park at the SE LEIRIA Cathedral at 100m.

We are in the historical center of the city, a few steps from the main tourist attractions. Leiria Castle is 250 m, Rodrigues Lobo Market 100 m, SE LEIRIA Cathedral 100 m.
