I'm a professional host. I love the interaction and the possibility of helping people from different cultures, social and academic backgrounds. I also love showing magical places in Lisbon and Almada (south bank), so if you are fan of non-touristy rides I will probably take you to see some amazing places where the tourist route doesn't pass - this is a payed service. Also i made legal lease contract s for long stays, for all who need it. This is also. payed service - 20% of the monthly rent value payed once.

Apartments with 5 private rooms (not shared), 2 complete bathrooms, 1 well equiped kitchen and 1 laundry. House with polite, single, intelligent, creative and kind-hearted people, students, teachers, nomads, workers, travellers. Here respect, creativity, peace of mind and intelligence are very welcome. Fans of parties, drugs, alcohol don't bother coming here. All rooms are private (could seem that are shared but they are not. When you booking the room will be only for you. This property have silence hour, from 10 pm to 8 am. Ive good rating and reviews on all over rental platforms (i can show in person), except in this one. The only guest that i cant let her for safety reasons give me a bad review.

From this street you can easily travel to the center of Benfica where there is the intense Benfica Market, the incredible Church of Nossa Senhora do Amparo de Benfica, the always interesting Palácio Baldaya, Parque Silva Porto. Damaia de Baixo has restaurants, shops and cafes, but its central point is the Sta Cruz Damaia train station - Sintra line that start in Rossio (Lisbon center) that are at only 3 station from here - 10 minuts, one station away from Reboleira which connects to the Metro (Blue Line). The building is located just a few meters from Nó da Damaia, which connects to several important roads such as CRIL and others, being very practical for those who have a car or for those who prefer the bus, being just a few minutes away by car or bus from Colombo, Alegro Alfragide and UBBO shopping malls or Hospital Santa Maria and Hospital da Luz. It is also just a few kilometers from Sete Rios, Benfica, Telheiras, Amadora, Algragide, Ajuda and Algés.
