Comfortable and pleasant are two words that define the interiors of this Apartment, that is located close to all tourist atracttions of Madeira Capital. With excellent natural lighting, the property has been recently refurbished and with comfortable, practical and modern furnihings. With the maximum capacity to accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 childs. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds and a sofa bed .In addition to this extraordinary location, the apartment offers a view over the bay and overlooking the prominent Atlantic Ocean. The property has a free parking place. GUEST ACESS :Guests have access to all areas on the flat. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We always at your disposal to help and answer your questions.You can contact us . OTHER OBSERVATIONS: 1. According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or ID card) 2. All bed linen and towels are provided (if necessary extra towels will be paid).

The Neighborhood overview - several cafes . Most Shops malls and supermarkets are a five minute walk away. This flat is situated close to the famous FARMER´S MARKET(Mercado do Lavradores). The historic center of Funchal (locally known as "Zona Velha" and the Cathedral).
