Com capacidade para até 7 hóspedes, esta propriedade duplex dispõe de 3 quartos com cama de casal, incluindo um com jacuzzi privativo e outro com acesso direto ao jardim. A zona social é composta por uma sala espaçosa com TV, ar condicionado e lareira elétrica, ideal para relaxar em qualquer estação do ano. A cozinha é moderna e totalmente equipada, pensada para proporcionar conforto e funcionalidade durante toda a estadia. No exterior, a villa oferece uma piscina privada aquecida (mediante pedido) uma agradável zona de lazer com espreguiçadeiras, churrasqueira e jardim, criando o ambiente perfeito para desfrutar do clima algarvio. O estacionamento é gratuito e feito na rua, junto à propriedade. Uma cama extra está disponível mediante pedido, permitindo acomodar até 7 pessoas com conforto. O aquecimento da piscina e o jacuzzi devem ser solicitados com 4 dias de antecedência e tem o custo por noite.
