We are a small team focused on making your stay a unique experience that perpetuates over time. My professional career forced me to spend a significant part of my time in hotels, so I know the importance of having an excellent bed, cleaning and security. But what make the difference is people. Our welcome begins before booking; always available to help you plan your trip from the moment you arrive in Portugal until you leave, with the desire to return.

Property information

Lx Art Flats is based on the concept of hosting people & art. Flat One & Two were completely renovated in October 2018, providing their guests with soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms. The apartments are covered with 18th century tiles, which conditioned the reformulation of the unit, but we wanted to give you the possibility to sleep among treasures of Portuguese history. The three drivers that motivate us are safety, hygiene and comfort. In June 2020 we implemented a program that we named Lx Art Sanctuary, which aims to improve our already excellent procedures in view of the risk we currently face. We have 3 rooms, all with a private toilet inside the room, but one which toilet is out side the room. There are two rooms who share the same toilet. All the rooms share the kitchen. Its privileged location allows it to be easily located anywhere in Lisbon, either by car or by public transport. With the Colégio Militar Metro station 100 meters away, the Zoo is 5 minutes away and the city center 15 minutes away or the Expo 25 minutes away, not to mention Hospital da Luz which is 5 minutes walk or Colombo and the Estadio da Luz right in front of us.

Neighbourhood information

The location of Flat One & Two is unique vis-a-vis the Estádio da Luz (Sport Lisboa e Benfica) as well as the Colombo Shopping Centre, the benchmark in Portugal. Close to the flat are locate the main Portuguese private hospitals, Hospital da Luz and Hospital dos Lusíadas. Parque Monsanto is Lisbon's largest green area, just a few minutes walk from the apartment, where you can choose to go hiking, cycling or horseback riding, maybe you will not find one of the popular squirrels that live there. Carnide presents itself as the best choice in terms of restaurants. Its unique yet unknown house will whet your appetite to eat a great fish in Carvoeiro de Carnide or a Naco na Pedra. We advise you to visit the Church of Benfica dated 1809, as well as one of the most magnificent and unknown churches of Lisbon, the current Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, former church of the Convent of St. Domingos de Benfica, dating from the 14th century.
