Company information

We are UK citizens resident in Madeira with rental properties in Funchal, Machico and on the North Coast of Madeira (Scenic Comfort). We enjoy music, the climate in Madeira, the Levada walks, eating out and the beaches. We speak several languages and enjoy meeting people. We are happy to answer questions or let you explore Madeira on your own!

Property information

Machico is famous for it's sandy beach which is a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen is located close to the centre of Machico with a range of shops and services. It has fibre broadband and a desk with WiFi and Cat5 cable. Our favourite eating places are listed in the apartment welcome booklet. Our properties have lockboxes and self check in is encouraged. If you want to be met in person or have questions about the apartment or want advice where to go or eat then we are always ready to help.

Neighbourhood information

Machico is Madeira's second city but has a small town feel with a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The yellow sandy beach is great for sunbathing and swimming in the sheltered bay as well as surfing 200m further west. Machico has its own Digital Nomad shared resource centre and is also a good base for hikers.
