Martim Vaz Downtown II is a charming studio located in Colina de Sant'Ana. The Portuguese Fado diva, Amália Rodriquez, was born just a few houses ahead. Tradition and the old way of living are in the air. With a nice view over the neighborhood, downtown and the Tagus River, and only a few minutes walking from Rossio, Martim Moniz and Jardim do Torel, this apartment gives you the comfort of modern days in an old and picturesque building.

This cozy apartment is located in downtown Baixa, at the foot of Colina de Sant'Ana, one of the famous seven hills of Lisbon. This multicultural neighborhood is packed with plenty of restaurants, terraces with a view on São Jorge castle, and easy and fast access to all ways of transport. You'll find the metro green line in Martim Moniz stop, and the blue one in Restauradores. The train from The Rossio station links Lisbon to Sintra in 40 minutes. The area is served with regular service of public and touristic buses, historical tram and taxis. Moreover, you'll be able to catch ferries across the river from Cais do Sodré and Terreiro do Paço.
