It is a brand new property located on the top floor of the building with a large terrace in a super residential area in the Matosinhos neighborhood. With the Parque Real metro station right in front, 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 15 minutes from Norte Shopping Mall. In addition to many options of restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets and bus lines nearby.
