Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Troia Welcome Centre (GPS coordinates: 38.4929456, -8.9021482,17) which is open from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, you will need to go to Aqualuz Troia Mar Hotel by The Editory (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 28.3'' N, 8º 54' 15.2'' W)
Please be aware that all reservations (exception made for Non Refundable) are paid at the time of check-in.
Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
