A Torre da Serra da Estrela fica a menos de 35km e este AL fica localizado na Rota BTT do Zêzere e com acesso ao passeios pedestres ou equestres da Gardunha e Argemela. A aldeia do Telhado possui uma Casa do Barro com museu e ateliers de olaria, bem como forno e ainda lagar de azeite comunitário. A casa propõe uma lotação máxima de 7 pessoas com 1 quarto com cama de solteiro e 2 quartos com cama de casal, tendo o maior no sótão mais uma cama de solteiro, grande secretária, casa de banho privativa com chuveiro e varanda terraço com mesa e cadeiras alumínio; Salar de estar com sofá-cama, 2 cadeirões, 4 cadeiras, mesa, mini-frigorífico, microondas, chaleira e máquina de café, com TV e WiFi.
