One Apartment is one of four spaces that constitute PDL Central Apartments, a beautiful building located in one of the most central streets of Ponta Delgada. It is a very comfortable and cozy apartment, ideal for one or two people, and has everything necessary to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It consists on a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small pátio, perfect to eat outside. As the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, it is possible to rent the house for up to 3 people – two in the bedroom plus one on the sofa bed in the living room. (Note: sofa bed dimension: 1,10x1,90m)

The building is located right in the heart of the city of Ponta Delgada. Here you are close to everything - restaurants, bars, mini-markets, shops, everything!
