Pearl View is one of Madeira Palace Residences (MPR) incredible luxury flats, located in one of the most modern and touristic areas of Funchal. The sea view property offers access to a fitness centre, a pool table, free private parking and 3 outdoor swimming pools with a pleasent view of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, the accommodation features a 24-hour front desk for guests. The flat itself features 2 lovely suites, one with a closet that is every woman's dream and the other with an incredible view of the south coast of Madeira Island - it is superb to wake up to that view. Each suite has its own bathroom, fitted with shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, shower and pool towels and bed linen. The flat also contains a third service bathroom. In the other compartments of the flat there is a dinning area, where you can find a flat-screen TV with cabel channels, a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the incredible views of the Pearl of the Atlantic, such as Formosa's Beach, the infinity pool of the condominium and the south coast of the island, where you can see Girão Cape, the highest cape in Europe.
The name of our AL relates to Madeira Island being known as Pearl of the Atlantic due to the incredible landscapes that prevail here, as you can already see from the apartment. Pearl is synonymous of something unique, rare and what is more precious if not the people of Madeira themselves. In that note, your hosts are a daughter, Beatriz, and a mother, Manuela, born in this paradisic island, ready to recommend the places not to be missed during your stay in Madeira.
Forum Madeira Shopping Centre is just 0,8Km from the flat. It´s also situated 1,5Km from Formosa Beach and 2,1Km from Lido Beach Club. In the surroundings you can find a great variety of restaurants: chinese, european and mexican cuisine.
