Welcome to our cozy annex, designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests, but able to host up to 5 people. The base rate includes 2 guests. An additional fee per person per night applies beyond that (up to a maximum of 5 guests). Sleeping arrangements: 1 comfortable double bed 1 convertible sofa (available upon request, with extra charge) 1 single air mattress (available upon request, with extra charge) Amenities and options: Jacuzzi: Available upon request with an extra fee (to be arranged with us on site) Barbecue: Freely accessible. We offer an optional kit (wood/charcoal/fire starters), but it’s not mandatory Other useful information: Animals on site: We have a cat and two adorable dogs. They live outside and do not enter the annex, but you may encounter them. Please do not feed them without our permission. Non-smoking indoors: Ashtrays are available outside. Respect the space: Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy, just as you found it This place is also perfect for digital nomads and crypto professionals: reliable Wi-Fi, peaceful surroundings, and very crypto-friendly hosts! Animals on site (again for clarity): We have a cat and two lovely dogs who mostly live outdoors. They do not come inside the annex, but you may see them during your stay. Please do not feed them without our permission.
