In case of a Monthly Rate Booking please note that the deposit asked will be the same amount of one month payment, also please note that the electricity will be an extra and paid separately. Change of sheets and towels once a week. A deposit of 50 eur wil be charged on the arrival and it will be returned if no damages occured. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
