Cosy ground-floor apartment right on the Sado River promenade in the heart of Alcácer do Sal. Bright open-plan space with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans, perfect for up to 4 guests. Welcome to this charming retreat in Alcácer do Sal, where history meets comfort: - Exceptional location: situated right on the Sado River promenade, within steps of the Medieval Castle, riverfront cafés, bakeries and restaurants. - Open-plan living and kitchen: wooden floors, classic fireplace, ceiling fans and plenty of natural light. - Living area: sofa, two armchairs, floor lamps and side tables. - Dining area: table for 6, ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. - Fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. - Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: two single beds, a walk-in coset and ensuite bathroom. • Bedroom 2: bunk bed for two. - Bathrooms: two full bathrooms (one with a shower tray, the ensuite with a bathtub), complete with towels and toiletries. - Amenities: high-speed Wi‑Fi, TV, washing machine, iron and iron board, ceiling fans (no air conditioning - honestly, there's no need). - All windows with mosquito nets. - Parking: free public parking directly opposite.
