Stunning first floor apartment! Ideally located within Encosta do lago resort club - 7 min drive to Quinta do Lago beach - 6 min drive to Quinta shopping, - walking distance to local restaurants, the Campus gym, the lakeside recreational amenities incl shack, - 15 min walk to the Rio Formosa nature reserve -20 min drive from Faro airport A lovely 2-bedroom, first floor apartment in the Encosta do Lago resort. Great location with the beach, golf courses and local amenities nearby. Access to the communal swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, pool bar. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. To include Wi-Fi, Lazer TV, fully equipped highest spec kitchen and laundry utilities. Private first floor terrace with sunny loungers, dining table and charcoal BBQ. Not only can you enjoy the sunshine from your very own private terrace, you also have access to the offerings of Encosta do Lago resort: - large communal pool, - fully equipped gym, - tennis courts, - poolside bar - restaurant Tucano within the resort. Fully equipped with everything you need, literally everything you want all on site! You will surely enjoy your stay!!
