Visiting Lisboa but can't stay away from the beach? Easy access to transports (train, bus) direct to Lisbon-downtown (14 minutes), Estoril beaches (22 minutes) and Cascais (26 minutes). My place is distant 300 meters from the Tagus River and train station is perfect if you want to visit Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra. The history of this secular house is part of the history of Portugal. The Pombal Palace is a eighteenth century building in plain architecture, that was built by Marquis of Pombal, a portuguese statesman notable for his swift and competent leadership in the aftermath of the 1755 Lisbon earthquake. The " Villa Marquês " is very charming, confortable and has just been remodeled, so now it combines modern comfort with local history. Villa Marquês inserted in this classified historic house, completely renovated in 2016. You'll love the private parking, a garden and a pateo. "Villa Marquês" is excellent if you appreciate bird's singing while you eating breakfast on the pateo with privacy. Portugal ID: #34283/AL

My place is close to great restaurants, coffe shops, butcher's, drugstore, laundry and ironing services, the beach, urban park Jamor, station train, etc. Villa Marquês is situated between the Aquarium Vasco da Gama and the Jamor Park, it has a quick access to downtown Lisbon and Cascais. This location includes a trains line that directly links to Lisbon- downtown Lisbon (14 minutes), Oeiras (10 minutes), Estoril beaches (22 minutes) and Cascais (26 minutes).
