The house name is DOMUS QUIETA, wich means QUIET HOUSE in latin. Charming villa with 4 bedrooms for 8 adults + 1 baby crib, located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by pines, with private swimming pool and a large garden area. All beds have brand new confort matresses with quality bed linens Its quality facilities, offer the necessary comfort for pleasant holidays in this amazing region of Portugal, at a short distance from spectacular white sandy beaches, restaurants and markets. Thinking in children security, this house has wood gates to prevent small children to go alone to the pool and stairs. This property is located inside Sintra natural park, Unesco World Heritage with its historical monuments.
We rent this entire villa to our guests, so they may enjoy it with their family and friends. The owners live in Lisboa but are always availabe for guests information
Located in a quiet dead end street, in 5 minutes by car, it is possible to go to Praia das Maças or Praia Grande beaches, or to the nice restaurants nearby. There are 3 minimarkets 1,5km distance (15 minutes walking) Also it is possible to rent bicycles in Praia das Maçãs, or surf boards in Praia Grande. The tram stop is about 300 meters away from our villa. This typical transportation uses classic 1930 Brill trams, which slowly trundle down from the hills of the Serra de Sintra to the pretty coastal town of Praia das Maças.
