This apartment is on the 6th floor, so the space is very bright and with fantastic views. It is cozy, very spacious and very comfortable. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with double bed (king size), a bedroom with two single beds, comfortable. It also has a living room, 2 complete bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a closed balcony with a table for a snack or breakfast, with an excellent sun exposure and a wide view over the city. All rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi. The Tourist Tax payable to the Municipality will be 2 Euros/night, charged to each guest aged 16 or over, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
The house is located right in the Center of the City of Gaia, in the most prestigious area in terms of trade and transport, and is 5 minutes (by Metro) from the historic center of Porto. It is located in a residential area but also in services, and close to supermarkets and convenience stores.
