A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. EUR 30 will be charged for arrivals after 9:00pm and EUR 40 after 12:00am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A security deposit of 150€ per stay will be requested at check-in. This deposit will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and it will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no significant damages found during the accommodation inspection. Otherwise the pre-authorization will be converted into a payment to cover the repair costs, up to the specified amount.
