Villa Samaé is a vibrant and welcoming home. Overlooking the bay of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, it greets you with its infinity pool, jacuzzi heated to 34 °C (93 °F), intimate terraces, and spacious tropical garden. A unique retreat between nature and the ocean horizon. Just 10 minutes from the beach road and the main highway. At nightfall, enjoy the starry sky and let yourself be lulled by the distant murmur of the waves. The house is spread over two levels, opening onto a tropical garden. > Upper level: • Direct access from the parking area • Guest restroom • Bright living room with ocean view • Large outdoor terrace • Fully equipped, convivial kitchen Note: a technical room and a small shed are closed to guests. > Garden level: • Master suite with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom, with direct access to the garden • Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, also opening onto the garden • Ceiling fans in every bedroom • One additional bathroom • Separate toilet • Laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board) ⚠️ Important: For safety reasons, the villa is not suitable for children under 10 or for people with reduced mobility.

The villa is located in the village of Avirons, 2 minutes by car from the Carrefour market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The beach’s road and the highway,connecting the North to the South of the Island, is less than 10 minutes away. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under 10 years old Car is essential for getting around the Island
