In beautiful Transilvanian mountains a centrally-located, sunny, spacious house with big dance floor and warm interior design. It is located opposite the ice skating ring and sledging slope (1 minute walk each), while the ski slope is only 5 minutes away walking and Balupark outdoor climbing area is reachable within only 10 minutes walking. This Villa is much loved by our guests for its central location. You can even ski directly from the house to the ski slope in 3 minutes if there is snow! The Villa has 3 rooms with 10 comfortable single beds: Bedroom A: with 2 beds, Bedroom B: with 4 beds and Bedroom C: with 4 beds. The beds can be put next to each other or apart. Only the guests will live in the villa. In addition, we also have 2 extra mattresses if needed. !Minimum length of stay is 2 nights due to us needing to pre-heat the villa for you and cleaning costs.! If shows as unavailable, check the villa for at least 2 nights :) .

The guests can have the whole place for themselves. Interaction with hosts (me and my mom) is only for a few minutes at arrival and departure. In the house only the guests will live. Moreover, we are happy to give good tips, recommendations etc. if asked. :)

The house also has a very small garden. There is free public parking space outside on the street in front of the house, and given the great location of the house, all important attractions are reachable on foot.
