The apartment has a balcony, TV, central heating, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find: restaurants, market, mall (Coral Plaza), banks, children's playground, cinema. At 500 meters from the location you will find the Jean Bart theater.
