The perfect location makes our luxury apartment special. Still located in a quiet house in the heart of the city. It is located at the beginning of a pedestrian street that has just been reborn, in a beautiful building whose park has been freshly designed. Within easy walking distance you will find everything you need: restaurants, cafes, a nearby shopping center and aqua park, a zoo and many attractions. There are two separate apartments in the building. A 40 sqm studio apartment fully equipped for 2 people and a 140 sqm apartment with 3 lavishly furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms with garden views, excellent for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels are provided. A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an outdoor seating area make your stay perfect.
Casa Luxury Luxury also has an event room for a fee that can be arranged to any request for everyone's taste.
