At the 2019 Architecture Annual, our location received the trophy for the section dedicated to restoration, rehabilitation and reconversion + the special award of the president of the Romanian Organization of Architects (Dobrogea branch). And at the TopHotel Awards 2022, we won the 3rd place at the "traditional guesthouse of the year" category.

Casa Filip in Sarichioi (Tulcea County) is an old Lipovean farmstead, built in 1921, in the heart of the village and just a few steps from the shore of Lake Razim. After an extensive restoration and refurbishment process, we officially opened our doors in 2019 for those eager to experience the spirit of the place. Our property has three apartments in total, with a maximum accommodation capacity of 12-13 people. Two of these apartments are located in the old house (the one with the veranda) and one in the new house. You can find the details of the accommodation spaces on the website and on this page. The location is approved as a tourist guesthouse and is classified with 4 daisies. We are also authorized as a Local Gastronomic Point with fishing specificity. Breakfast is included in the accommodation cost for a group of up to 4 people per apartment. For groups booking at least two apartments, we can also prepare dinner upon request (160 lei/adult and 80 lei/child). Dinner consists of three courses (fish starter, main course and homemade dessert). Fresh fish is the basic ingredient, but if necessary we can also use country chicken. Restaurant services will be paid on location, at check-out. These details can be agreed upon later by email.

The traditional harbour of Sarichioi is just a 5-minute walk from our location. And the two Lipovan churches 10 minutes away. In addition, by car you will be able to reach Enisala Fortress in 15 minutes.
