In the immediate vicinity there are numerous institutions such as the Prefecture, the Prosecutor's Office, the Court, the Central Library and Dom Polski, branches of existing banks in Romania, also for those interested in tourism the Museum of History, the Museum of Nature, the Monastery of Saint John (all 2-5 min walk) and Cetatea de Scaun. The location is ultra-central with easy access to any point of the city, bus and taxi stations are 3-5 minutes away on foot. Nearby restaurants and cafes: Eker, Amurg, Apropo Cafe, Epic, Zona (2-5 min walk)
