Cotroceni Smart Residence Studio, located very close to City Center, in Grozavesti Area, is an ideal solution for your stay, having a great time. The studio has an extraordinary view with Palace of Parliament and Cotroceni neighborhood. The place you stay in is an important part of the travel experience, so we wanted to enhance that feeling as much as possible with our warm and cozy design.

The neighborhood is located close to the Old City Center but also to the Business Area of ​​the city, it can be reached by car sharing, subway, electric scooter. This is a quiet one, inhabited especially by young people, it is very safe, with video surveillance. Easy access to the supermarket.
