Cozy home in the mountains. Very suitable for family with children. It has a big open space with kitchen and living room suitable for up to 10 people. The garden has a space suitable for cooking outdoor, mostly used in the summer. Little children have enough space for playing outside.

Cavnic is located in the heart of Maramures county, at a distance of 30 km far from Baia Mare. It is known as a perfect place for winter sports and Maramures was included in the top ski areas in Romania. This house is located at 1 km far from the nearest ski resort.
