Gheorghe fiind vis-à-vis de apartament, la 150 de metri se afla Muzeul National de Arta (Palatul Baroc), la 200 de metri se afla Bastionul Theresia, Tribunalul, Curtea de Apel, iar la 500 de metri se afla Castelul Huniade. Unitatea de cazare este prevăzuta cu TV cu ecran plat, living cu o canapea, zona de bucătărie bine utilată, cu zonă de luat masa, și baie privată, dotată cu duș și uscător de păr, acces gratuit la internet WiFi în întreaga proprietate.
