The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so that you feel at home, having in the bedroom a king size bed, 2x2 m and a mattress with memory, of high quality and the latest technology, managing to accommodate even the most demanding customer . Also, for everyone's comfort, we decided to provide the following: washing machine with built-in dryer, dishwasher, multi-function electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, KRUPS coffee machine with capsules, screen TV flat, combines a large-capacity refrigerator, LED lighting and the possibility to control the intensity and heat of the light from the remote control, to always be to your liking. Also, the construction is new, in a quiet complex, full of cool people, the apartment it has south-west exposure, so good natural light throughout the day, and there are no open construction sites nearby to affect your peace and comfort. The parking lot is private, properly marked with a sign, so all you have to do is park on the clean pavement, take your luggage and enjoy the property.
We have been in the field for 9 years, which time we used to evolve in order to better accommodate any type of client.
Quiet area, without open construction sites, clean, with easy access to the historic center of the city and all the points of interest, having the peco OMV station 100 m away, a mixed store and a station for public transport.
