Apartament situat la 2km de centrul orașului Suceava, foarte aproape de obiective turistice majore precum Cetatea de Scaun, Muzeul Satului Bucovinean, Muzeul de Istorie, Muzeul de Științe ale Naturii, Mănăstirea Sf. Ioan și altele. Locația dispune de toate utilitățile necesare, precum bucătărie cu plită electrică, aparat de cafea, mașină de spălat rufe, uscător de rufe, fier de călcat, frigider, televizoare smart cu Netflix, YouTube, WiFi Gratuit și loc de parcare (unde este parcată mașina neagră din poză). Apartamentul se află la parterul blocului și dipune de un spațiu verde privat care este închis pentru a vă oferi o relaxare maximă, dotat cu foișor iluminat. Ieșirea spre foișor se face pe o ușă independentă de intrarea în bloc. Garantăm curățenie, igienă și confidențialitate.
