Villa is cosy, has air conditioning, good location near airport and Theme, supermarkets and business area. Parties are not allowed. In case the "No Party Rule" is not respected, we reserve the right to call authorities and ask you to leave the property. Parking is allowed only in front of the villa and not over villa fence limit. In case " No Parking" in the villa complex is not respected and guests occupy abusively neighbours parking places, we reserve the right to call the authorities and pick up your cars.
Hey, I'm honoured to welcome you at my property! Please feel free to contact me by wassup before your arrival and ask orientation advice. If you need to ask for arrive before the check-in time or leave after the check-out time, please agree with me in advance, is not possible otherwise to leave later as the cleaning service will enter the house at 10 AM sharp and they have to work until 5 om sharp when the next check in is expected.
