Rustic, prietenos, curat,partial finalizat. Loc potrivit pentru poposirea celor care pun accent pe simplitate, a celor care cred ca - ,, orice paradis nu poate fi decat o mare simplitate(Octavian Paler)". Accesul la proprietate se face printr-o alee lunga, de-a lungul careia pe partea stanga sunt trandafiri, capsuni, zmeura, pomi columnari, plante aromatice- iar pe partea dreapta cultivam cateva legume si avem cativa pomi fructiferi. In spate e casa, cu terase largi, pergola de trandafiri si umbra nucului batran, plin de pasarele vara.
Gazda are multe hobby-uri ,plus tendinta de a trai folosind ceea ce produce in curte : conserve diverse, sapun fin de casa facut prin metoda ,,la rece", gradinarit ,mers in mici ''expeditii''locale in cautare de plante pentru unguente si ceaiuri, vlogging si multe altele. Veti fi bineveniti si primiti cu toata caldura!
Locul e ca o oaza rustica pe litoral.Fiind situat de -a lungul DN 39 care leaga Constanta de Bulgaria prin Vama Veche, este o zona tranzitata in tot timpul anului, nu doar in sezonul de vara. In doar o ora esti la Cape Kaliakra,Bulgaria, in 15 minute poti vizita Jurassica Neptun, mai ales daca ai copii, in 35 de minute poti fi in Constanta, vizitand Delfinariul, Cazinoul, Acvariul, Centrul Vechi, intr-o ora si jumatate poti fi la Cheile Dobrogei sau Adamclisi, poti ajunge in Costinesti, si restul statiunilor, imediat. Plaja din zona, desi e la o distanta de cativa km, cam 25 minute mers pe jos, este superba,acolo gasiti si un restaurant exclusivist, "Popasul Pescarilor" cu mancare excelenta. In partea dreapta a soselei care face legatura cu plaja, se afla lacul Tatlageac si in jurul lui, pasari rare si multe vestigii din vremuri stravechi. Avem biciclete, pentru cei ce vor sa exploreze zona.
