Property information

The apartment is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night you can watch the lights of the illuminated city as well as Lake Morii. For bookings over a month, we ask for a price request. We would be happy to make an offer.

Neighbourhood information

The residential area is quietly located on the lake. A well-developed path by the lake is ideal for daily walks. The leisure offer is extensive. Club Sportiv 2000 is within walking distance and offers a gym, pool and tennis facilities. The City Center Militari is a 10-minute walk away. The bus station is right in front of the house. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The Old Center district is 3.5 km away. The daily need for groceries can be covered by the Lidl market behind the house. Shops and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. The facility has its own paid underground car park and paid outdoor parking spaces. You can park for free on the street.
