Vila este individuala, foarte bine impartita, si recent construita. Are gradina proprie, doua locuri de parcare in curte, este echipata cu totul necesar pentru a locui chiar si pe termen lung.
Sunt o persoana dinamica, experimentata in relatiile cu clientii si interesat in satisfactia clientilor si acordarea de servicii la standarde ridicate.
Cartierul este inca in constructie, intr-o zona de vile n Otopeni. Vecinii sunt foarte politicosi, primitori. Este aproape de aeroport, dar nu direct pe linia de decolare/aterizare, deci zgomotul este rezonabil afara si aproape inexisent in casa. Cu masina se ajunge in 5 minute la aeroport.
