Calm and quiet place to stay in Bucharest. Free WI-FI. Beautiful park and lake view. Clean, cheap, safe! Free unlimited WI-FI, printer, maps. Free Coffee, Tea, Free use of the kitchen equipment. Free linen, Free towels,Free toothpaste, soap and shampoo, Free books exchange, Free electric fan in the room, Free locker. This is a convenient and cozy Apartment featuring: 1 Single Room for guests. Bed sheets and linen are provided and the Room come with security locker and shared bathroom with 24 hr hot shower. The Room are also equipped with electric fan. We are located in a very safe neighborhood, close to Park Lake Plaza Mall and Dristor metro station. Subway (METRO) is very cheap in Bucharest, only 6 Lei (1 Euro) for a magnetic card with two rides and we are at only 3 stops from the City Center and 6 stops from the Railway Station Gara de Nord.
My name is Constantin and i live on the property, i`m a long distance runner and vegetarian who like to talk with guests from all over the world. I start hosting people from 2006 and i enjoy very much doing this activity. I have tried many jobs before, but hosting people is the only job i like to do. I appreciate very much good comments, because make me keep up the good work.
Str Odobesti 2b, BLOC N3B, Floor 9, Ap 38, Sect 3, Bucharest, Intercom: 38 and press Call. From Airport take BOLT, UBER, the TRAIN or Bus 100 till any Metro station and from there to Dristor 1 or 2. Host Tina is located approx.10 min. walk from Dristor metro stations. Go straight on Camil Ressu Blvd. and walk only on the left hand side. (Not in the direction of McDonald’s!). After you cross the intersection Camil Ressu with Liviu Rebreanu, continue along (approx. 2 minutes) Camil Ressu Blvd. and Bloc N3B is the Tower building, at the end of the small path on the left hand side, straight after the third long building Bloc N3. (N3B is a Tower Bloc with only one entrance, without signs for Host Tina, only with the address on a blue label) Press on the buttons 38 and Call (and when you use the lift, please note that it only takes a max. of 2 pers. If you can't find us, please give us a call as we will be more than happy to meet you at Dristor metro station. Don’t ask people on street for Host Tina as is better to ASK FOR ADDRESS. We don’t have any sign outside). Coming by taxi, ask the driver to look for BLOC N3B WHO IS LOCATED AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL NR 88
