The French Villa is situated on the northern shore of Lake Colibita, in a position that provides a unique view of the lake and the Calimani Mountains. The water is reached via the pier just a few meters away. Restricted access to the villa prevents unwanted visitors. Near the villa there are several restaurants. For hikers there are tourist trails to visit the surroundings and the Calimani Mountains. The are full of mushrooms to harvest. There are also routes for mountain bike enthusiasts.
