Apartman se nalazi u mirnom delu grada, na par minuta od iskljucenja sa auto puta, navigacija Vas navodi na tacnu adresu, idealno za odmor, mir i tisina bez buke. Apartman poseduje 3 spavace sobe sa velikim i udobnim francuskim lezajevima i/ili krevetom sa 1 osobu, dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 1 kupatilo, i 2 terase. Za bebe i manju decu obezbedjen je krevetac za spavanje. Objekat poseduje solarne panele i centralno grejanje pa je topla voda/grejanje/hladjenje obezbedjeno tokom cele godine. U okviru apartmana postoji i 3-4 parking mesta u garazi i dvoristu objekta koje je pod video nadzorom. Postoji i deo dvorista namenjen za rostiljanje, u letnjim mesecima dostupan bazen za decu, ljuljaska i ostali sadrzaji. U blizini objekta frizersko kozmeticki salon.
Domacica je 24h dostupna gostima u okviru objekta. Ljubazna, pozitivna, nasmejana, najvise se obraduje gostima sa malom decom. Poznata po domacim pekarskim kiflicama koje mirisu u autu od Vranja do Grcke i od Vranja do Subotice. pa se pojedini gosti svake godine vracaju na vruce kiflice :)
Miran deo grada, bez buke idealan za kraci odmor i nastavak puta.
