Apartman Premijer nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji u Požeškoj ulici preko puta teretane Non Stop Fitness. Apartman je opremljen novim norveškim radijatorima, a unutar stana ističe se i opremljena kuhinja sa modernim aparatima, dok kupatilo nudi suvremeno opremljen prostor za tuširanje. Klima uređaj je dostupan kako bi osigurao udobnost gostiju tokom boravka. Za sigurnost i praktičnost, stan je opremljen sigurnosnom šifrom. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan internet, besplatno parking mesto u okviru samog objekta, a takođe su dozvoljeni kućni ljubimci, što čini ovaj smeštaj još ugodnijim. U istoj zgradi našim gostima je na raspolaganju i mogu kafić koji radi 08:00-00:00 svakog dana, kao i teretana koja se nalazi odmah preko puta.
