Apartman Timacum se nalazi na 10 minuta hoda od centra Knjazevca, na glavnom putu za istocnu Srbiju. Poseduje 2 spavace sobe, kupatilo i dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, trpezarijom i ugaonom garniturom na razvlacenje. Zgrada poseduje i privatni parking i javni parking ispred zgrade. U spavacim sobama se nalazi francuski lezaj 180x200, 2 odvojena kreveta 90x200, koji po potrebi mogu da se spoje u francuski lezaj, i sofa na razvlacenje 300x160. U dnevnoj sobi se nalazi trpezarija i kompletno opremljena kuhinja (aparati, kuhinjski elementi i pribor). Kupatilo je opremljeno kadom, lavaboom, bideom i wc soljom. Gostima su dostupni peskiri i kompletna posteljina.
Grad Knjazevac se nalazi u podnozju Stare planine, poznatog ski centra u Srbiji. Nedaleko od Knjazevca se nalazi Rgoska banja, poznata po mineralnom izvoru Banjica, kao i jednom od najlepsih bazena u Srbiji, "Banjiica".
