Objekat je smešten u mirnom kraju, okružen je zelenilom i ima prostran besplatni parking. Apartmani su novi, moderno opremljeni, klimatizovani i pogodni za porodice sa malom decom zbog blizine centra i svih popularnih sadržaja.
