Apartman S11 se nalazi u objektu Balkan Hill, u neposrednoj blizini Instituta Čigota, Kraljevog trga i poznatih pešačkih staza, od kojih je najpoznatija staza ka spomeniku na Šumatnom brdu. Objekat je smešten u mirnom kraju, okružen je zelenilom i ima prostran besplatni parking. Apartmani su novi, moderno opremljeni, klimatizovani i pogodni za porodice sa malom decom zbog blizine centra i svih popularnih sadržaja.

Na samo nekoliko minuta šetnje nalaze se jezero, Kraljev trg, pijaca, kao i brojni kafići, restorani i prodavnice.
